LIKO-S and SMART-i-WALL® part of the Czech pavilion at the London Design Fair!

During September 19–22 together with other leading Czech manufacturers, we proudly introduced our products at the London Design Fair 2019.

The fair is part of the London Design Festival’s week-long program. It is the largest business event in London, the world's capital of design and architecture.

Czech craft

We had an opportunity to be a part of a unique Czech pavilion called “Czech Republic: United Crafts of Bohemia.” The exhibit, organized by Czech Trade and co-financed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, featured 12 companies. Leading Czech manufacturers were selected to represent quality handicrafts and to illustrate the rich heritage of our country. The exhibitors showed the best of glass, lighting, furniture, and technology. Part of the pavilion was taken up by a beer bar, with traditional Czech beer on tap.

SMART-i-WALL^® in London

As part of the exhibition, we introduced a new version of SMART-i-WALL^®, our interactive multimedia solution. It attracted a lot of visitors and generated excitement among creative local architects and office designers. At times, SMART-i-WALL^® live-streamed our acoustic booths’ product premiere at the TechoCon 2019, which took place in Prague at the same time.

The atmosphere at the pavilion was more than friendly. This prestigious event included companies that complemented each other, and every exhibited product was aimed at a different market segment.

We were represented by export manager Tomáš Langr with his colleagues, including the director of the Interiors division, Jan Musil.

London Design Fair was a strategic event for us as it opened the door to the British market and allowed us to establish important business relationships.
